Under the circumstances that a device is unable to be tested completely by an Apple Pie Repair Representative, Apple Pie Repair will not be held liable for any functions that do not operate after having been repaired. *

In the event that a defect arises with the repair within the warranty period, the device must be shipped back to Apple Pie Repair for evaluation and all costs of shipping shall be borne solely by the purchaser. Apple Pie Repair will diagnose the repair immediately upon receipt. If the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired at no charge. The warranty offered by Apple Pie Repair does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than Apple Pie Repair, or unauthorized modifications. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with (broken seal) or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion, heat, moisture, vibration, improper specification, misapplication, misuse, abuse or other operating conditions outside of Apple Pie Repair's control. *

For any devices or products sent to or received from Apple Pie Repair that are damaged, lost, or stolen by carrier in transit to Customer, an insurance claim must be submitted to the carrier, not to Apple Pie Repair. Apple Pie Repair is not responsible or liable for loss or resulting damage due to carrier's negligence or theft. Delivery times are estimates only and Apple Pie Repair shall not be liable for delays. *
